Bookworm, the game of reading and remembering
As children, my siblings and I loved reading and being read to. And we loved playing board games with all the family, especially ones that we had a sporting chance of winning without the adults having to play down to us.
Children are no different today. They love stories and being read to, and they love board games that allow them to play to their strengths – such as their amazing ability to recall precise details of a story they have just heard read aloud.
Inspired by the wonderful Opie Collection of children’s literature, Bookworm, introduces and celebrates the best of children’s books in the form of a fun and exciting game for all ages. Grandparents, parents and children can play together, but take heed, the youngest is most likely to win!
