Oxford Games Ltd Returns Policy
With the exception of any Customised Games or games from our Vintage Collection, Oxford Games Ltd gives you full right of cancellation or return should you regret any purchase for any reason whatsoever.
Our Standard Returns policy
We accept returns from you at any time within 14 days of you receiving it, provided that the returned goods are unused and in the same condition and quantity as delivered by us.
The original amount paid for the returned item(s), returned at your own cost, will be refunded when the return takes place within 14 days.
In the case of faulty or damaged items, the original amount paid for the returned item(s), plus the return postage will be refunded.

Our Vintage Collection Returns policy
Whilst all games from the Vintage Collection are unused and in very good condition they are, by definition, over 20 years old and therefore may not always be in pristine condition. We do not refund games from the Vintage Collection if the game is unwanted or if you have changed your mind, but if the game has been damaged in the post or is faulty, the original amount paid for the returned item(s), plus the return postage will be refunded.

The Customised Games Returns Policy
We do not refund games customised (e.g. Unique Gift edition Jenga) if the game is unwanted or if you have changed your mind, but if the game has been damaged or is faulty, the original amount paid for the returned item(s), plus the return postage will be refunded.

Our Returns Process
If you wish to return your order for any reason, please notify us first by calling us on 01865 351007 (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm GMT) or by sending an email to orders@oxfordgames.co.uk
We will then issue you with an email confirmation of the amount we will be refunding on receipt of the returned item(s). In the case of damaged or faulty item(s), we will confirm that we will be refunding the return postage and will specify the agreed amount.
Then please return the items to:

Please enclose the original paperwork, or write down the original order number and enclose with the package.
Refunds
Refunds are made in the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, then only the same card will be refunded.
After receiving your return, we will process your refund promptly, and send you an email to confirm. NB It may take a number of days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on the policy of the card-issuing bank.
